If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be replaced with a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches its original intent.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kuno Haus regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, whether written or oral.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision or any other. No waiver will be deemed a further or continuing waiver of any term.
